LILFRAN RETURN POLICY
All Product returns are subject to Lilfran’s then-applicable return policies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may/evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Buyer acknowledges that Lilfran is not the manufacturer of the Products that are being provided pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding any right to return defective products under Lilfran’s limited Services Warranty. Lilfran makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products, including but not limited to Product information. LILFRAN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LILFRAN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY applicable to the Products shall be provided by the Product manufacturer.
